The staff was super friendly, Melissa came out and let us sit under the roof to avoid the rain, and even invited us inside. The food itself what phenomenal, they were super quick to serve us our food fresh out of the oven. The dressing is made in store and taste great. The salad was big enough to feed 4 and tasted great.

Melissa was wonderful. My parents have been taking me here since I was my children’s age. We enjoyed our meals very much so. Flippers has a great artisan pairing for $11.99 Papa had a pepperoni with side salad, My daughter had a margarita with Caesar and Mimi rustic with Caesar. My son smashed meatball handheld. I had the mild wings with blue cheese and a side Caesar salad. Chefs kiss for sure. I ate a bite of everyone’s food except the pepperoni and it was all delic. Thank you guys for being so wonderful all these years and tonight Melissa!

Our family travels to Orlando many times over the years. We came across Flippers pizza in Old Town today. I have to say this was such a nice surprise as we had never been here before. The service from Melissa was amazing! She was so sweet and provided great service! We ordered three different things. My husband had the calzone, my son had the pepperoni pizza, and I did the artisan combo which had a hog and honey pizza and Caesar’s salads, they have the best homemade dressing! Highly recommend this place! We’ll be back again!

The pizza was room temp by the time we received it and looked like they had been thrown around in the box. $40 for a pizza, it should have been delivered intact. Door Dash was the delivery company but I ordered it directly from flippers website. If DD cant delivery their pizza intact, they may want to look at using their own delivery drivers. I feel like it could have been a good pizza but by the time and shape we received it, it was not. UPDATE: These manager called me twice last night to discuss the issue. Once we were able to speak, he appologized repeatedly for the situation, he offered to remake the order and deliver it last night or a store credit for the entire amount to use at a later date. We opted for the credit and he noted to tell them to have one of their delivery drivers deliver it. I will update my review again once we get the new order. Raising it to a 3 due to prompt reach out to us and effort to rectify the situation. 2nd Update: We went to the restaurant for our follow up experience. The service was outstanding, Melissa D. Even brought toy cars from her own car for our grandkids to play with. Mike made sure our pizzas were top notch and apologized for our previou

We were in the mood for some pizza for dinner after a day at Universal. We found this spot just down the road from our hotel, and it was so close we decided to just walk over. The reviews all looked positive, so we gave it a shot. It's located in Old Town, which has a neat small town feel with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores. ​The shop itself is on the smaller side. There is some indoor seating but it's pretty limited, though they do have outdoor tables as well. We ordered three pizzas (one small and two mediums) to feed the five of us. I shared the deluxe pizza with my wife and the flavors were great. The sauce was really delicious, and even though we asked for it to be cooked light, it still came out perfect. The crust was nice and crispy without being too thick. ​Our server, Natasha, was also very pleasant and welcoming. ​The only downside for anyone driving here would be the parking. We lucked out since our hotel was nearby and we walked, but my advice is to come early if you need to get a parking spot. ​Overall, this is definitely a spot to visit if you are in the Old Town or Kissimmee area.
